Shipping Policy

At Studio Lureto, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please find our shipping information below.
1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders.
There are no standard shipping fees added to your order at checkout.
Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are not included in our free shipping and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
Orders are generally processed during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
3. Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. International Shipping
We may ship orders internationally, depending on the destination and availability of shipping services.
For orders outside the European Union, the destination country may impose customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Studio Lureto is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for charges imposed by customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their country.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after your order has been shipped.
If your tracking information has not updated for several working days, please contact us at info@studio-lureto.com and we will be happy to assist you.
6. Delivery Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Studio Lureto is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@studio-lureto.com.
We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
7. Delayed or Lost Orders
Although we work with reliable shipping providers, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, strikes, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including your rights in relation to non-delivery or delayed delivery.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@studio-lureto.com.
Where possible, please take photographs of the package and the product before disposing of any packaging. These photographs may help us investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding damaged or defective products remain unaffected.
