At Studio Lureto, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
We offer free returns for eligible orders.
This 30-day return period is an additional benefit provided by Studio Lureto and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
For consumers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains applicable where required by law.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products should generally:

We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
Please do not send products back to us without first contacting us, as we may not be able to process an unauthorised return.
4. Free Return Shipping
For eligible returns within our 30-day return period, Studio Lureto covers the cost of return shipping.
We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Our free-return service applies to returns that meet the conditions of this policy. Additional costs resulting from circumstances outside the standard return process may not be covered.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Where a refund is required under your statutory right of withdrawal, we will process it in accordance with applicable law.
6. Original Shipping Costs
For customers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected, where required by applicable law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not reduce any statutory rights you may have.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for another size, colour or product, please contact us at info@studio-lureto.com.
Depending on availability and the circumstances of the exchange, we may offer an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains the wrong product, please contact us at info@studio-lureto.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
You should not have to use the voluntary return procedure for products that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Your statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable, including any rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund that may apply under applicable law.
9. Products Excluded From Returns
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal or from our voluntary 30-day return policy where permitted by law.
This may include, depending on the product:

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been broken.

10. International Returns

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that cannot legally be recovered may be subject to the rules applicable to your country and the circumstances of the return.

11. Return Processing Time
We aim to process returned products as quickly as reasonably possible after they arrive at our return facility.
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
