At Studio Lureto, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your order, you can return your eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our 30-day return period gives you additional time beyond the statutory withdrawal period that may apply to your purchase.

2. Free Returns
Returns that meet the requirements of this Return Policy are free of charge.
After contacting us, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not send an item back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, items should:

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

6. Return Shipping
For eligible returns under this Return Policy, Studio Lureto covers the return shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item using a method other than the return method provided or approved by us, we may not be able to reimburse additional shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We aim to process approved refunds as quickly as reasonably possible.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this Return Policy.
For EU consumer purchases made online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
You may exercise this right without giving a reason.
Our 30-day return policy provides an additional return period beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
Faulty or non-conforming products are handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and may be eligible for a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Our 30-day return conditions do not limit your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
10. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for a different product, colour or size.
If you would like a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
11. International Returns
Customers outside the European Union may also use our 30-day return policy where the order is eligible.
Where we provide free return shipping, we will communicate the applicable return method and instructions to you.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that are non-refundable under the applicable law of the destination country may not be recoverable.
12. Return Address
Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions when your return request is approved.
